Not that we’re biased, but this glazed salmon is one of the best we’ve ever had. It’s not only seasoned perfectly, but the air fryer cooks it so that it’s both tender and flaky.
Prep time: 5 minutes
Cook time: 10 minutes
- 1/3 cup hoison sauce
- 4 teaspoons low-sodium soy sauce
- 4 teaspoons honey
- 2 teaspoons rice wine vinegar
- 2 teaspoons fresh ginger, minced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 5-6 ounce salmon filets
- Sesame seeds, for serving (optional)
In a small bowl whisk together hoison sauce, soy sauce, honey, rice wine vinegar and honey until well combined. Brush salmon with glaze.
Spray basket of air fryer with cooking spray. Place salmon, skin side down, in single layer in air fryer basket and spray with cooking spray. Cook at 400°F until internal temperature reaches 145°F, about 10-11 minutes. Remove from air fryer basket. Work in batches, if necessary. Sprinkle with sesame seeds, if desired.
ORANGE & FIELD TIP: To ensure your salmon cooks properly, make sure the filets aren’t touching in the air fryer.
