Delicious ravioli are fried to crispy perfection in this family favorite. With help from the air fryer, you’ll have a restaurant-worthy snack in just a few short minutes.

Cook time: 8 minutes per batch
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs, lightly beaten
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- Ground black pepper, to taste
- 20 ounce package refrigerated ravioli
- Classic Marinara Sauce, for dipping (optional)
Preheat air fryer to 350°F.
Create a dredging station with three separate pie plates or bowls. Place flour in first pie plate. Place eggs in second pie plate. In the third pie plate, combine breadcrumbs, cheese, basil, oregano, salt and pepper.
Working in batches, toss ravioli in flour, coating well and shaking off excess flour. Dip ravioli in eggs, coating well and draining off excess. Toss ravioli in breadcrumbs mixture, coating well.
Working in batches, place ravioli in air fryer in a single layer. Generously spray with oil. Cook until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes. Flip ravioli, spray with oil and continue cooking for an additional 3-4 minutes. Remove from air fryer and transfer to paper towel lined plate. Serve with Classic Marinara Sauce, if desired.
ORANGE & FIELD TIP: Frozen ravioli can easily be substituted for refrigerated ones. Make sure you thaw the ravioli completely prior to cooking them, though.
