AIR FRYER STEAK BITES

Steak in an air fryer?! It CAN be done and it IS fantastic. These steak bites are tender, flavorful and guaranteed to become an instant favorite.


Prep time: 10 minutes

Cook time: 8 minutes per batch

Servings: 3-4


Ingredients:

  • 1 pound sirloin steak (we used a tip side steak), fat removed and cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Orange & Field Signature Seasoning
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped parsley

Directions:

For steak bites:

Place steak in medium bowl and drizzle with oil. Toss to coat. Sprinkle with Orange & Field Signature Seasoning and toss until well coated. Let sit for 5 minutes.

Preheat air fryer to 400°F. 

Working in batches, place steak in air fryer in a single layer. Cook to desired doneness, about 4-8 minutes. Serve with garlic-herb butter dipping sauce.

For dipping sauce:

Melt 2 tablespoons butter in small saucepan over medium heat. Add garlic and cook for one minute. Add remaining butter and parsley and cook until all butter has melted, stirring frequently.

ORANGE & FIELD TIP: When you use an air fryer, you typically need to generously spray whatever you’re cooking with a non-stick spray. However, that’s not necessary with this recipe because you’re tossing the steak with olive oil.
