Steak in an air fryer?! It CAN be done and it IS fantastic. These steak bites are tender, flavorful and guaranteed to become an instant favorite.
Prep time: 10 minutes
Cook time: 8 minutes per batch
- 1 pound sirloin steak (we used a tip side steak), fat removed and cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Orange & Field Signature Seasoning
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped parsley
For steak bites:
Place steak in medium bowl and drizzle with oil. Toss to coat. Sprinkle with Orange & Field Signature Seasoning and toss until well coated. Let sit for 5 minutes.
Preheat air fryer to 400°F.
Working in batches, place steak in air fryer in a single layer. Cook to desired doneness, about 4-8 minutes. Serve with garlic-herb butter dipping sauce.
For dipping sauce:
Melt 2 tablespoons butter in small saucepan over medium heat. Add garlic and cook for one minute. Add remaining butter and parsley and cook until all butter has melted, stirring frequently.
ORANGE & FIELD TIP: When you use an air fryer, you typically need to generously spray whatever you’re cooking with a non-stick spray. However, that’s not necessary with this recipe because you’re tossing the steak with olive oil.
