COOKING WITH CHEF CHARLOTTE
Chips and salsa are already a yummy snack for any kiddo but they’re guaranteed to love it even more with these fun tortilla chip shapes. Aren’t they cute?!
BAKED TORTILLA CHIP SHAPES
- 4 large flour tortillas
- Cooking spray
- Salt optional
- Salsa for serving (Chef Charlotte loves our Salsa Clásica)
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Place tortillas on cutting board. Cut desired shapes using a 2 1/2 inch cookie cutter. Transfer to parchment-lined baking sheets.
- Spray both sides of tortilla shapes with cooking spray and sprinkle with salt, if desired. Bake until tortillas are crisp, about 5-10 minutes.
- Allow the chips to cool for about 5 minutes then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely. Serve with salsa. Happy eating, friends!
CHEF CHARLOTTE TIP: My daddies say to be careful when you’re baking the tortilla shapes. Bigger shapes will take more time to bake than smaller ones.
