We’ve taken the classic BLT to delicious heights with these unforgettable bacon-wrapped hot dogs.

- 4 jumbo beef franks
- 4 strips bacon
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon fresh dill, minced
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 4 sausage rolls
- 1 1/2 cups shredded lettuce
- 2 medium tomatoes, seeds removed and finely chopped
Wrap each hot dog with bacon, securing loose end with toothpick.
Preheat nonstick or cast iron skillet on stovetop over medium-high heat. Cook hot dogs, turning occasionally, until bacon is crispy and hot dogs are warmed through, about 8-10 minutes. Remove toothpicks.
While hot dogs are cooking, combine mayonnaise, dill, onion powder, salt and pepper in small bowl. Transfer to refrigerator until ready to use.
Place generous amount of mayonnaise mixture on inside of buns. Top with lettuce, hot dog and tomatoes. Drizzle with additional mayonnaise mixture.
ORANGE & FIELD TIP: Be sure to use a bun that’s deep enough to hold your hot dog, lettuce and tomato. We found that sausage rolls work the best.
