BLUSHING MIMOSA

The classic brunch favorite gets an upgrade with a dash of pineapple juice and grenadine. This bright, fresh mimosa will be the star of your next get together.

Ingredients:

  • 4 ounces orange juice
  • 2 ounces pineapple juice
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons grenadine
  • Champagne/sparking wine
  • 2-3 maraschino cherries

Directions:

Combine orange juice, pineapple juice and grenadine in drinking glass. Carefully add enough champagne to fill remainder of glass, ensuring it doesn’t bubble over.

Add maraschino cherries to glass.
