
The classic Champagne cocktail is both elegant and delicious. You just can’t go wrong when Champagne is on the menu.

Ingredients:
- Sugar cube
- 3-5 dashes Angostura bitters
- 1 ounce brandy
- Champagne
- Lemon twist, for garnishing

Directions:
Place sugar cube inside champagne flute. Saturate sugar cube with Angostura bitters.
Pour brandy in flute then add enough champagne to fill remainder of flute. Garnish with lemon twist.
