CLOTHESPIN CARROTS

We’re taking these wooden clothespins we found at our local antique store and turning them into the cutest little carrots.

Supplies:

  • Power drill
  • 5/32-inch drill bit
  • Round wooden clothespins (we found these at our favorite antique store)
  • Orange acrylic paint

Directions:

Carefully drill hole about 1/2-inch into top of clothespins.

Brush paint onto clothespins, applying additional coats until desired coverage has been reached. Let dry completely.

Trim greenery with wire cutters, leaving stem long enough to insert into top of clothespin.

Apply dab of hot glue to bottom of greenery stems and insert into drilled hole in clothespins. Let dry completely. Fluff greenery.

Happy crafting, friends!

ORANGE & FIELD TIP: The less paint you use, the more rustic the clothespins will look.
