This sweet treat is a coffee lover’s dream come true. It’s deliciously rich with just the right amount of irresistible coffee flavor.
Prep time: 2 minutes
- 10 large scoops vanilla ice cream
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1/4 cup instant coffee plus additional for garnishing
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder (not Dutch processed)
- Whipped topping (for topping)
In a blender, blend together ice cream, milk, instant coffee and cocoa powder.
Pour into glass and top with whipped topping. If desired, garnish with additional instant coffee.
