EGGNOG PIE

This decadent, creamy no-bake pie is an instant holiday favorite. With rich eggnog flavor and a delightful graham cracker crust – this easy-to-make treat is the perfect way to ring in the season.

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/4 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 5 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 1/2 cups eggnog
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg, plus additional for garnishing
  • 3.4 ounce package instant vanilla pudding
  • 1 cup frozen whipped topping, thawed

Directions:

Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar and butter in small bowl. Press mixture into bottom and side of 9-inch pie plate using measuring cup or flat bottom of drinking glass. Set aside.

In large bowl, beat together eggnog, milk, nutmeg and pudding with a mixer on high speed until slightly thickened, about 1-2 minutes. Fold in whipped toping until well combined.

Pour filling into crust and transfer to refrigerator for at least 3-4 hours. Garnish with additional nutmeg before serving.
