We love the natural, farmhouse feel of these charming embroidery hoop vignettes. Use them as an ornament, gift trim or the perfect accessory to your holiday decor.


  • Decorative items (such as miniature bottle brush trees, figurines or pinecones)
  • Hot glue gun
  • Glue sticks
  • Embroidery hoops in various sizes
  • Pine or evergreen floral sprays
  • Wire cutters
  • Ribbon
  • Scissors


Place small amount of hot glue on bottom of decorative items and position on inside of hoop, opposite from adjustment screw. Let dry completely. If necessary, place small amounts of hot glue on flat bottom of decorative items to build up enough of a curved surface that can be attached to inside of hoop. If hanging item in center of hoop, loop string around adjustment screw and secure with dab of hot glue.

Remove greenery from floral sprays with wire cutters. Secure greenery along sides and bottom around decorative items with hot glue. Let dry completely.

Cut desired length of ribbon and thread through opening under adjustment screw. Secure ends with a knot and trim excess ribbon. Secure underside of ribbon to hoop with small amount of hot glue. Let dry completely.
