Your little leprechaun will feel oh-so-lucky with this fun St. Patty’s Day craft idea. Top o’ the mornin’, friends!
- Terracotta pot
- Green glossy acrylic paint
- Black 7/8-inch grosgrain ribbon
- Hot glue gun
- Glue sticks
- Gold glitter foam sheet
Remove any debris from exterior of terracotta pot. Rotate pot so that the open top is setting on work surface.
Paint exterior of pot using green paint. Let dry completely. If necessary, apply additional coats for full coverage.
Cut length of ribbon long enough to wrap around pot, just above rim. Apply dot of hot glue to one end of ribbon and affix to pot above rim. Wrap ribbon around pot. Secure other end of ribbon to pot with dot of hot glue. Let dry completely.
Cut desired size buckle from gold foam sheet and affix to pot where ribbons overlap with hot glue. Let dry completely.

ORANGE & FIELD TIP: To make this craft more kid-friendly, substitute the hot glue with craft glue. It’ll take more time to dry but you don’t have to worry about little hands getting burnt.
