This is the perfect healthy treat to get kids in the kitchen. It requires only two ingredients, the fruit possibilities are practically limitless and the best part…adults will love them, too.

Prep time: 5 minutes

Freeze time: 2 hours

Servings: 4

  • 2 cups lowfat vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup fruit preserves (we used 1/2 cup each of strawberry and peach preserves)

Combine yogurt and fruit preserves in a medium bowl using a spatula or spoon. If using more than one flavor of preserves, first split up the yogurt accordingly into separate bowls. Then add preserves to each bowl and combine.

Fill 4 9-oz. plastic cups about 2/3 full with yogurt and preserves mixture. Gently insert a standard size popsicle stick into the center of each cup. Transfer to the freezer until completely set, about 2-3 hours.

Prior to serving, quickly run each cup under hot water, ensuring not to get any water on the yogurt. Slide popsicles out of the plastic cups.

ORANGE & FIELD TIP: This is a great recipe for young kids to help with. It’s super simple (and fun) to make.
