GHOST PUDDING CUPS

These spooky pudding cups are a fun and easy Halloween snack for kids – Chef Charlotte approved.


Prep time: 20 minutes

Servings: Makes 4 cups


Ingredients:

  • Black icing writer tube
  • 6 cups prepared vanilla pudding, chilled

Directions:

Draw eyes and mouth inside of short drinking glasses with icing, careful not to smudge as you draw. Transfer to refrigerator, eyes and mouth facing down, until icing is set.

Remove glasses from refrigerator. Working quickly, spoon pudding into glasses. Serve chilled.

CHEF CHARLOTTE TIP: My daddies suggest not using a gel icing for the eyes and mouth. They say it might not set properly.
