This chicken salad is easily one of our all time, top 10 favorite recipes. Creamy honey mustard, tart Granny Smith apples, sweet dried cranberries and delicious diced chicken make for an irresistible (and healthy) lunch.
Prep time: 15 minutes
- 4 cups cooked chicken breast, diced (we used our Air Fryer Whole Chicken)
- 1 cup dried sweetened cranberries
- 1 large Granny Smith apple, diced
- 1 cup honey mustard dressing (we used our homemade Honey Mustard Dressing)
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
Serve chilled on your favorite sandwich bread.
