
Homemade salad dressing is not just simple to make – it’s also great to lighten up an ordinary salad. Fun fact – we actually like to use this dressing in our Honey Mustard Chicken Salad.
Prep time: 15 minutes
Servings: Makes 2 cups
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup Dijon mustard
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
Directions:
Whisk together mustard, honey, vinegar, salt, garlic powder, onion powder and pepper in a medium bowl. Slowly whisk in oil until dressing is smooth and creamy.
