You know we love just about anything in the Instant Pot and our recipe for turkey breast tenderloins is one of our favorites. Tender, juicy turkey – perfectly seasoned and incredibly delicious.
Prep time: 10 minutes
Cook time: 18 minutes
- 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil, divided
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh sage, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 1/2 pounds turkey breast tenderloins (typically comes in 24 ounce package)
- 1 cup chicken broth
Turn your Instant Pot or other electric pressure cooker on to sauté.
Combine 1 tablespoon olive oil, garlic, rosemary, sage, salt and pepper in small bowl. Rub mixture over all sides of turkey.
Add remaining 1 tablespoon olive oil into Instant Pot. Once oil is hot, add turkey and sear on all sides, about 3 minutes per side. Pour chicken broth into Instant Pot.
Place lid on Instant Pot and lock into place, making sure the valve is set to seal. Turn off sauté function and set to cook on high pressure for 12 minutes.
Let pressure naturally release for 10 minutes then carefully open the pressure release valve (quick release). Remove lid. Transfer turkey to serving platter and let rest for 5 minutes.
ORANGE & FIELD TIP: The great thing how the rub is that it’s easily customizable to your taste. Like garlic – add more! Don’t like garlic – add less. Don’t have sage or rosemary – substitute your favorite herb.
