Your little gardener will love putting their green thumb to good use with these fun, easy to make seed bombs. Before long, they’ll have beautiful, fresh flowers they can call their own.

  • 3 sheets construction paper
  • Scissors
  • Bowls
  • Food processor
  • 3 packets flower seeds

Cut construction paper into 1-inch squares. Place paper squares in bowl, separating each color into its own bowl, if using more than one color. Cover with cold water and let sit for 20 minutes.

Remove construction paper from bowl and squeeze out excess water. Place paper in food processor and process until it becomes a pulp consistency. Return to bowl. Repeat previous steps with remaining construction paper.

Sprinkle each bowl of paper with a packet of flower seeds and mix into pulp with hands. Tightly form pulp in bowl into 2 separate balls. Place on parchment paper-lined baking sheet and let dry completely, preferably overnight.

ORANGE & FIELD TIP: Since the paper won’t be overly wet, it may a few moments for the construction paper pulp to stick together.
