MERE’S TOAST SPREAD

We received this phenomenal spread one Christmas from our friends, The Ritcheys. The recipe was passed down to them by Greg’s grandmother and we’re thrilled to have the opportunity to share it with you.


Prep time: 5 minutes

Servings: 8-10


Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup light brown sugar, packed
  • 2 tablespoons light corn syrup
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl until well incorporated. Refrigerate until ready to use.
