Mini pizza bagels are a quintessential snack food and oh-so-simple to make. They’re a great way to get kids in the kitchen and we love how easily they can be customized with all sorts of delicious toppings.

Cook time: 12 minutes
Servings: Makes 20 pizza bagels
- 10 pre-sliced mini bagels
- 13.5 ounce jar pizza sauce
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese
- Additional toppings, if desired (we used pepperoni minis and Italian seasoning)
Preheat oven to 425°F. Prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
Separate bagel halves onto prepared baking sheet. Spoon pizza sauce on each bagel half and top with cheese and additional toppings, if desired.
Bake until cheese is melted and begins to slightly brown, about 10-12 minutes.
ORANGE & FIELD TIP: For an extra little crunch, toast the bagel halves prior to placing other ingredients on them.
