This faux moss wall garden brings a touch of the outdoors inside – creating a chic, sophisticated addition to your home decor.
- Picture frame
- Green preserved moss mat
- Permanent marker
- Hot glue gun
- Glue sticks
- Artificial greenery/succulent picks
- Wire cutters
Remove backing of picture frame. Carefully remove glass and discard.
Unfold moss mat onto work surface, moss side facing down. Trace backing of frame onto backside of moss mat using a permanent marker. Cut along traced line. Apply hot glue to wrong side of frame backing and position moss mat on top, ensuring edges match. Press to secure and let dry completely. Return backing to frame, moss side facing front.
Using wire cutters, trim bottom of picks, leaving about 1/4-inch or less. If desired, arrange greenery on moss prior to gluing. Apply generous amount of hot glue to bottom of greenery and press to secure in desired location. Repeat with remaining greenery. Let dry completely.
ORANGE & FIELD TIP: Depending on the size and weight of your greenery, you may need to apply a VERY generous amount of hot glue to keep it secure when hanging. Position smaller, lighter greenery around exposed hot glue to hide it.
