I Love Lucy is, without a doubt, one of our favorite TV shows. We’re paying tribute to the classic “Job Switching” episode, where Lucy and Ethel start working at a chocolate factory, with these irresistible Oreo bonbons.

Servings: 38 bonbons
- 14.3 ounce package Oreo chocolate sandwich cookies
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 24 ounces vanilla almond bark
Place Oreo cookies in large resealable plastic bag and roughly crush into small chunks. Place cookies in medium bowl. Add cream cheese and mix well with a spoon, ensuring all ingredients are incorporated.
Drop 2 tablespoons of Oreo mixture for each bonbon onto baking sheet. Place in freezer until bonbons are set, about 20-30 minutes.
Place 12 ounces almond bark into shallow microwave-safe dish and microwave for 1 minute. Break up large pieces and add remaining 12 ounces almond bark. Microwave 1 minute. Stir and continue microwaving in 20 second intervals until fully melted and hot.
Drop bonbon in almond bark, coating well. Remove bonbon with a fork and drop onto baking sheet. Repeat until all bonbons are coated. Allow bonbons to set until almond bark is firm to touch.
ORANGE & FIELD TIP: We suggest lining the baking sheets with a non-stick mat to make removing the bonbons easier.
