Inspired by the classic television show, I Love Lucy
I Love Lucy is, without a doubt, one of our favorite TV shows. We’re paying tribute to the classic “Job Switching” episode, where Lucy and Ethel start working at a chocolate factory, with these irresistible Oreo bonbons.

Cook time: 3 minutes
Servings: 38 bonbons
- 14.3 ounce package Oreo chocolate sandwich cookies
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 24 ounces vanilla almond bark
Place Oreo cookies in large resealable plastic bag and roughly crush into small chunks. Place cookies in medium bowl. Add cream cheese and mix well with a spoon until well incorporated.
Drop 2 tablespoons of Oreo mixture for each bonbon onto baking sheet. Transfer to freezer until bonbons are set, about 20-30 minutes.
Microwave 12 ounces almond bark in shallow dish for one minute. Break up large pieces and add remaining almond bark. Microwave one additional minute. Stir and continue microwaving in 20 second intervals until fully melted and hot.
Drop bonbon in almond bark, coating well. Remove bonbon with fork and drop onto baking sheet. Repeat until all bonbons are coated. Allow bonbons to set until almond bark is firm to touch.
ORANGE & FIELD TIP: We suggest lining the baking sheets with a non-stick mat to make removing the bonbons easier.
