Berries and cream are a delightful combination and this fresh dessert is the perfect sweet treat that brings the two together.
Prep time: 4 hours 10 minutes
- 6 ounce package Raspberry Jell-O
- 1 quart raspberry sherbet
- 8 ounces frozen whipped topping, thawed
Place Jell-O in large bowl and stir in 2 cups boiling water until completely dissolved. Add sherbet to Jell-O mixture and whisk until sherbet has melted. Fold in whipped topping until well combined, whisking if necessary.
Prepare baking dish by spraying with cooking spray. Pour Jell-O mixture into baking dish and transfer to refrigerator until set, at least 4 hours.
