This classic, tangy salsa is our homemade version of a restaurant-style favorite. It’s fresh, full of incredible flavor and is super easy to make. Delicioso!

Prep time: 10 minutes

Servings: 10-12


  • 28 ounce can whole tomatoes with juice
  • 2 10 ounce cans RO*TEL
  • 1/2 cup fresh cilantro
  • 1/2 cup red onion, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon sugar
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 jalapeno, minced
  • Juice from 1 lime


Place all ingredients in food processor and pulse until desired consistency is reached.

Refrigerate salsa for at least one hour prior to serving.
