SALSA CLÁSICA
Ingredients
- 28 ounce can whole tomatoes with juice
- 2 – 10 ounce cans RO*TEL
- 1/2 cup fresh cilantro
- 1/2 cup red onion chopped
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon sugar
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1 jalapeno minced
- Juice from 1 lime
- Tortilla chips for serving (Charlotte loves our Baked Tortilla Chip Shapes)
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in food processor and pulse until desired consistency is reached.
- Refrigerate salsa for at least one hour prior to serving. Happy eating, friends!
