SPIDER COVERED WREATH

After completing our Spider Covered Pumpkin, we knew we wanted to create a matching piece to complement it. Hence, this creepy-crawly wreath was…hatched?

Supplies:

  • Grapevine wreath
  • Black and gold spray paint
  • Small plastic spiders

Directions:

Spray wreath with black spray paint. If necessary, repeat with additional coats until entire surface is coated. Let dry completely.

Spray desired number of spiders with gold spray paint. Repeat with additional coats, if necessary. Let dry completely.

Determine where you would like to place first spider. Place a large dollop of hot glue in that location and press on spider to secure. Let dry completely. Continue this process, placing spiders in zig-zag pattern, until entire wreath is completed.

Enjoy!

STAY SAFE: Please ensure this DIY is done in a well-ventilated area.

ORANGE & FIELD TIP: The spiders on our wreath are placed in a zig-zag pattern but a candy cane-style arrangement would be equally striking.
