- Green construction paper
- Green glitter foam sheet
- Permanent marker
- Crepe paper streamers in green, orange and white
- Craft glue (we used Aleene’s Original Tacky Glue)
- Single hole punch
- Rainbow ribbon
Cut 6 1/2-inch by 6 1/2-inch square from construction paper. Cut 6-inch by 2-inch strip from glitter foam sheet. Draw clover shape onto backside of foam sheet and cut out using scissors.
Cut streamers into 6 equal strips, ensuring you have 2 of each color. Using craft glue, attach streamers 1/2-inch in from edge along one side of construction paper square, ensuring streamers slightly overlap. Let dry completely. Turn over square and glue foam strip to square on opposite end from streamers. Place a line of glue, from top to bottom, on backside of foam clover. Position in middle on front side of square. Press to secure. Let dry completely.
Roll square into a roll so that edges of foam strip meet and construction paper overlaps. Place a line of glue where paper overlaps. Press to secure.
Punch 2 circles out of foam strip from “sides” of windsock. Cut length of rainbow ribbon. Create a loop by threading ribbon through punched holes and tying knots at each end of ribbon to secure.
ORANGE & FIELD TIP: If you’re having trouble getting the paper to stay in the tube shape after you’ve applied the glue, use a couple clothespins to secure it until it’s dry.
