Are you looking for a side dish with a little bit of kick? Our street corn is creamy, cheesy, has the perfect amount of heat and is easily customized.
Prep time: 10 minutes
- 2 cups corn kernels, cooked and warm
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 1/4 cups grated cotija cheese, divided
- 1 teaspoon hot sauce
- Lime juice (from 1/2 lime)
- 1/4 teaspoon chili powder
Combine corn, mayonnaise, 1 cup cotija cheese and hot sauce in medium bowl. Transfer to serving bowl, if desired.
Top with lime juice, 1/4 cup cotija cheese and chili powder. Serve warm.
ORANGE & FIELD TIP: Make sure the corn is still warm but not hot enough that it’ll melt the cheese.
