This sandwich is just plain fun. It’s also a great way to put those leftovers to use in a sandwich that’ll make you hope your family doesn’t go back for seconds on Thanksgiving.
Prep time: 5 minutes
Cook time: 5 minutes
Servings: 4-8
Ingredients:
- Ciabatta bread loaf, sliced lengthwise
- Mayonnaise
- Leftover turkey (we used our Oven-Roasted Turkey)
- Leftover stuffing (we used our Traditional Onion & Sage Stuffing)
- Leftover cranberry sauce (we used our Cranberry Chutney)
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°F. Prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper.
Separate ciabatta bread halves. Spread generous amount of mayonnaise on cut side of bottom half of loaf. Top with layers of turkey and stuffing. Spread cranberry sauce on cut side of top half of loaf.
Transfer to prepared baking sheet and cook until warm through, about 5 minutes. Remove from oven and transfer to cutting board. Carefully flip top half of loaf over on top of bottom half. Cut into desired number of sandwiches.
Enjoy!
ORANGE & FIELD TIP: There’s no exact measurements for the ingredients in this recipe. That being said, we suggest you spread generous amounts of each onto the bread for maximum yumminess.
