TOP 10 IDEAS OF 2020

We were so fortunate to launch Orange & Field in 2020 and in just five months time, the ten ideas below became our most popular, viewed and requested.

We’re counting them down from 10 to 1. Did your favorite make the list?

10.

INSTANT POT PULLED PORK SANDWICHES

We love using our Instant Pot and this recipe is one of our all-time favorites. Tender, perfectly-seasoned pulled pork is topped with our own Homemade Barbecue Sauce for a quick, easy dinner that you’re guaranteed to love. It’s also our most popular Facebook post of 2020.

9.

EASY HOMEMADE FUDGE

There’s a reason this fudge made the top 10 list – it’s so darn good. With a few simple ingredients, you have a decadent sweet treat that everyone will want the recipe for. Don’t worry…it’ll be our little secret.

8.

WITCHES’ BREW

This not-so-spooky drink was without a doubt our most popular Halloween idea of 2020. Everyone was bewitched by this devilish lemon-lime drink and there’s a reason why – it’s the perfect beverage for a ghoulishly frightful night.

7.

ONION RING-GREEN BEAN CASSEROLE

We were so excited to share this recipe because it’s been a favorite of ours for years. Crispy onion rings make an ideal topping to what we can guarantee you is the best green bean casserole you’ll ever eat. There’s a reason it’s our most liked post of 2020 on Instagram.

6.

DIY CARAMEL APPLE KITS

This fun gift idea holds the distinction of being our most popular idea of 2020 on Pinterest. These kits take a quintessential fall treat and comfortably make their way into our top 10.

5.

PUMPKIN BREAD

Howard’s favorite fall recipe is a clear favorite amongst everyone else, as well. A slice (or three) of this tender pumpkin bread, topped with a bit of Mere’s Toast Spread, is pretty much the only way to welcome the most beautiful season of all.

4.

OREO BONBONS

It looks like we’re not the only ones who love Lucy because our tribute to the classic television show is right here towards the top of our list. We’re not sure what we love more, though – these amazing little balls of goodness or Rob and Charlotte’s 1950s style tribute.

3.

BAKED MAC & CHEESE

We’ve made our way into the top 3 and we’re not at all surprised this recipe is in the top tier. We honestly can’t stress enough how good it is. It’s rich, creamy, cheesy – pretty much everything you want your macaroni and cheese to be.

2.

FALL CHOW

Charlotte is on cloud 9 because this Cooking with Chef Charlotte recipe is a favorite with all of you, too. Not only is it easy to make – it’s the perfect snack for kids (and kids at heart). If you’re anything like us, you’ll be making this year round.

1.

CREAMED CORN

Drumroll please… You’ve spoken and our most popular idea of 2020 is this phenomenal side dish right here. If we’re being honest – we’re not shocked this recipe took the top spot. Our classic creamed corn has been part of so many of our family dinners over the years and we love that it’s now a part of yours, too.
