COOKING WITH CHEF CHARLOTTE
This Chef Charlotte approved snack is not only quick and easy to make – it’s really yummy (and healthy), too! These bite-sized pinwheels have also made their way into a couple lunchboxes, too.
Prep time: 10 minutes
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 6 10-inch flour tortillas
- 16 ounces turkey breast lunchmeat
- 8 ounces cheddar cheese slices
- 6 ounces shredded lettuce
- 1 cup dried cranberries
In a small bowl, combine cream cheese and mayonnaise.
Spread cream cheese mixture on each tortilla. Top with layers of turkey lunchmeat, cheese, lettuce and dried cranberries.
Roll each tortilla snuggly and cut into desired number of pinwheels.
CHEF CHARLOTTE TIP: My daddies said that if you don’t have a lot of time, spreadable cream cheese can be used instead of a block.
