Handmade decorations always add a little extra sparkle to your Christmas tree. This mason jar-inspired ornament will bring a bit of winter’s beauty to your holiday decor.

  • Fillable mason jar ornament
  • White crystal glitter
  • Hot glue gun
  • Glue stick
  • Miniature bottle brush trees
  • Static remover spray
  • Thin ribbon
  • Scissors
  • Resin Christmas button

Remove lid from ornament and set aside. Pour a small amount (about 1 teaspoon) of glitter into ornament.

Place a dab of hot glue on base of bottle brush trees and arrange in desired locations inside ornament. Press down slightly to secure. Shake ornament gently to adhere glitter to any exposed glue. Let dry completely.

Add additional glitter to cover bases of trees. Spray a very small amount of static remover spray inside ornament to prevent glitter from sticking to sides of jar. Return lid to original location.

Cut a length of ribbon and tie around neck of ornament, forming a bow. Cut excess ribbon. Place a small dab of hot glue on back of button and affix to center of bow. Let dry completely.
